Getting comfortable with 10km but have to do them more on flats compared to trail. A comfortable slow 57 for 10km yesterday with abit of sore knee during run but felt nothing today. Guess I'll have to pray that nothing will stop me throughout my training for the next 5 months despite the fact that I just recover from a knee injury. It had been a huge decision to stop rowing and to burn my pocket for this race.
I'll get there.
