Went cycling with Nick and Simon last saturday ! Was fun, but had a little of hard time cycling nick's roadie. haha. Went to meet up with them after training at Kallang. We cycled all the way to Changi Village ! From Yishun to JalanKayu, then Sengkang, tampines to Pasirris and then Changi. (: Was actually drizzling all the way from Sengkang. Well, really hope to get my own roadie or Tri/TT bike sooooon. My goal is to go for Triathlon soon after i know my swim well. (:

Training had been full of heart pumping trainings, the fartleks, the sprints in Kallang. Last week before SAVA sprints this weekend. Main focus on Mix team, let's do it guys !
