Was fun, but had a little of hard time cycling nick's roadie. haha. Went to meet up with them after training at Kallang. We cycled all the way to Changi Village ! From Yishun to JalanKayu, then Sengkang, tampines to Pasirris and then Changi. (: Was actually drizzling all the way from Sengkang. Well, really hope to get my own roadie or Tri/TT bike sooooon. My goal is to go for Triathlon soon after i know my swim well. (:<br /><div>Training had been full of heart pumping trainings, the fartleks, the sprints in Kallang. Last week before SAVA sprints this weekend. Longlong time since i updated. Been lazy and busy, as usual. Busy with personal life, busy with trainings, busy with school. Trainings been okay, the usual stuffs. Took fitness test recently, not that bad, quite happy with the results. (: Well, 2 more races for this season yet to come. SAVA sprints next month, River Regatta in two months time i think. All sprint races, short distances. Am also looking very forward to the marathons i've signed up this year. The NorthFace 100 Trail running event next month, signed up with Kang for 100km Duo Ultra Marathon. This will be my first time doing Ultra, good start for next year's 84km i guess. (: Another one will be Standchart Sg Marathon in December, the same one last year. Sea training yesterday was intervals, been doing that since weeks ago. Mix training and got to pace with girl the last stretch back. Today did kind of the same thing too, but with Mens and ladies both. It's been super long since i last updated. Chinese New Year Eve today, reunion dinner later and house visits the next few days. Training wise, long distance and long distance. Did two sets of pacing yesterday with SP, stroke rate went up too fast. Land training's intensity went up alot, fartlegs, endurance etc. Master Series for this year have been cancelled due to some economy stuffs. zzz. But next race MR500 will still be on in March. School's STB project from last year finally done and completed, comments for presentation was good. But Mr.J said if more panels would be perfect. This year's gonna be more work and stress, already struggling with 3D. Seriously sucks. NAFPA test after CNY, last one before the important one in August. Now with 2D Animation classes and also into 3D Modelling and Animation. 1 year passed in a blink of an eye and we're all in year 2 already. This year will be much busier with projects and assignments, as there will be of more work. Using softwares like ToonBoom and MAYA is never easy. Training wise intensity is slowly going up as fartlegs running start to come in. Training tmr at Kallang, should be going for long distance rowing again but with small boats.
